AI Strategist – Creative Brief Chat

The Creative Brief Chat is where each campaign becomes execution-ready.

You can fine-tune copy, layout, images, segmentation, schedule, and then generate the email itself before pushing it to Klaviyo.

After clicking Generate Campaigns on the Plan Summary page	Click View on any campaign row

Tab / Control	What You Can Do
Content (primary page)	Chat + live brief artifact. Ask for copy tweaks, layout changes, image gen, data pulls (Shopify, Klaviyo, Segments).
Image Generation	Dedicated UI for creating/revising assets via AI (background removal, text swaps, etc.).
Segment	A segment is required for all campaigns that are pushed to Klaviyo. Select or sync a Raleon AI Segment or pick any existing Klaviyo segment.
Schedule	Set/adjust send date. Must be ≥ 1 day in the future for Klaviyo sync.
Klaviyo Campaign	Push the generated email to Klaviyo. Use the Hybrid Template (recommended) to maintain editability in Klaviyo. HTML-only is available as well, but you will not be able to edit the email in Klaviyo. For other ESPs, copy raw HTML and import manually. Use the Re-Sync button to update the campaign in Klaviyo if you make further edits in Raleon.
Status Dropdown (top-right of the page)	Lightweight workflow tags: Draft → Copy Ready → Needs Design → QC → Approved. Great for teams.

In Content chat, type “Generate the email.”
Review the rendered campaign preview (shows side-by-side with the brief).
Use the chat to edit the campaign as required. Update copy, change images, or update the layout.

Pro Tip: For major overhauls, instruct: “Update the brief and regenerate the email” to keep both assets aligned.

When satisfied, open Klaviyo Campaign tab and click Create Editable Campaign

Use Status tags so designers/writers can filter their queue in Command Center.
Download the brief (.txt) for external project-management tools, or copy-paste without formatting.
Highlight text in the brief artifact to bring up inline edit pop-over for quick line edits.

Segment dropdown empty	Verify Klaviyo connection & that AI Segment has been synced.
Custom font missing in Klaviyo preview	Klaviyo hides custom fonts in preview; send a test email to verify. Custom fonts are limited to ESP support as well as inbox policies (ie. Gmail, et al)
Errors in the chat (ie. Error in Stream", or others.	From time to time the AI may return an invalid response. If this happens, simply as the chat to try again and it should correct itself.
