How to Use the Live Preview Feature in Raleon

Raleon's Live Preview feature is designed to streamline your branding process, ensuring that your store's appearance aligns with your brand's identity. This guide will walk you through how to utilize the preview feature effectively, allowing you to see how Raleon will look on your site before turning on your program or campaign to your shoppers.

Accessing the Preview Feature

The preview feature can be accessed from the Loyalty Branding page within Raleon or from any Campaign workflow. Here’s how:

Navigate to the Loyalty Branding Page: The preview feature is accessible via a link located above the "Save Branding" button, on the right side of the page. You do not have to save prior to viewing the preview.
Preview Your Program from Campaign Setup: Additionally, the "Preview in Store" button is available throughout the Raleon platform. Whether you are setting up a campaign or configuring other workflows within the app, you can always find the preview link in the top right-hand corner of the interface.

Using the Preview Feature

The preview feature allows you to get a comprehensive view of how Raleon's elements, such as the loyalty launcher and Sidebar, will appear on your actual store prior to going live. This section provides a step-by-step guide on how to use it:

Perform Your Desired Configurations: Whether you are creating a new campaign, adjusting your branding colors, editing copy, or setting up other elements, proceed with your setup within the Raleon platform.
Preview Your Changes: Once you are ready to see how these changes look on your store:
- Click the "Preview in Your Store" button.
- A new window will open, loading your store and Raleon's loyalty UI.
- Raleon's loyalty launcher and Sidebar will overlay on your store's page, showcasing how the changes would appear in real life. This preview is not live to your customers and is only visible to you.
Interact with the Preview: In the preview mode, you can:
- Open the loyalty launcher to log in or join. The view defaults to the Guest View of the loyalty UI. To view the member view, click "Join" and the platform will simulate a member login so you can preview the member experience.
- Expand the loyalty Sidebar to view the member perspective, allowing you to assess the appearance and functionality of campaigns, rewards, and other features.
Make Adjustments if Necessary: If the preview reveals areas that need adjustments:
- Close the preview window.
- Return to the Raleon platform to make your changes.
- Click the "Preview in Store" button again to see the updated look.
