Saving your agency or brand time is one of the primary goals behind our AI segmentation. Our Automated Segments are a key part of making that happen.

After you install Raleon into your Shopify store and our platform has learned about your customers, Raleon generates the following segments for you automatically.

These segments are based on what best practices from the top email and SMS marketing and retention experts out there.

Do I need to Update the Automated Segments?

No. Any segment in Raleon that uses a Signal is automatically being updated for you every night.

Can I inspect Automated Segments? Is this a black box?

Raleon's segments are not a black box. You can inspect and tweak them at any time. Each segment is made up of one or more Signals that combine to create the highly targeted customer list you need for your campaigns.

Want to target Discount Seekers but avoid those likely to Return their purchase? That's easy - just drag and drop those two Signals and click go. You're segment is ready to use in seconds. Compare that with a rules based alternative approach! It would take hours to build, and hours more to maintain.

At any time you have the ability to update the Signals in each Segment, and in real time see how those changes affect the resulting group of customers across a variety of metrics -- target list size, LTV, average AOV, and more.
