Loyalty Programs are only effective if your customers have an easy, enjoyable experience interacting with the program. The UI must be beautiful, engaging, and effective. It must be simple and intuitive (no one wants extra support tickets, after all).

In Raleon, the Loyalty Sidebar is the primary way customer's interact with your loyalty program. The Loyalty Sidebar is accessible on top of your existing storefront (similar to how support chats overlay in a panel on top of your page).

The Sidebar is interactive, allowing customers to sign in, learn about Ways to Earn, redeem and apply Rewards. Because Raleon is purpose built for the Shopify platform, the system is able to seamlessly interact with your store to make the customer experience easy, intuitive, and highly engaging.

It's is highly configurable to match your store's brand, style, and user experience. Colors, images, copy, placement on the page, and more can all be customized to your needs.

The Loyalty Sidebar appears to customers in a few different formats.

1. Loyalty Launcher - When the Loyalty Sidebar is minimized on the page, a small banner remains that allows the customer to launch the full sized Sidebar whenever needed. We call this banner the "Loyalty Launcher"

2. App Embeds - In addition to the Loyalty Launcher, you can configure Raleon to launch from any of our several App Embeds thru your Shopify Theme. Our app embeds all you to integrate Raleon and the Loyalty Experience into landing pages, banners, menus, and anywhere else on your site and theme.
3. Guest View - If a customer is new or has not signed into their loyalty account yet, and they expand the Loyalty Launcher they will see the Guest View. The primary purpose of this view is to encourage your customers to sign in and participate in the Loyalty Program. All signed in users are default opt-in to all Raleon Loyalty Programs.

4. Loyalty Sidebar - If a customer is signed in to their account and they expand the Loyalty Launcher, the Loyalty Sidebar will appear. From this view, the customer has access to their points balance, Ways to Earn, available rewards (both to earn and to redeem). The Loyalty Sidebar is built natively with Shopify, so redemptions interact seamlessly with the other features of your store.
