When you install Raleon, the systems combs the web to learn about your brand. It saves what it learned in Content and uses it throughout the platform to write copy, understand your value proposition, and create the best possible marketing for the brand.

This automated Knowledge gathering is very effective, but you should still review and update as necessary for best results.

Brand Voice & Style, Product & Company Info

Fine-tune tone, vocabulary, forbidden phrases, preferred CTAs.
Supports Markdown and examples.

Plan Strategies

Plan Strategies are what guide Raleon's "Plan my month" mode to create multiple campaigns at once.
Out-of-the-box: Thematic, Non-Thematic, Promo Push. You can also create your own custom strategy.

Custom Fonts

Upload WOFF/TTF files; Raleon support for custom fonts is constrained by Klaviyo & inbox support.

Automatic RL from data	Raleon automatically learns from your results. It uses performance metrics from Klaviyo and Shopify to improve your campaigns send after send. This process is automatic.
Brand Memory	Raleon will learn from your interactions in the AI Strategist chat. When the system recognizes your feedback should be applied again in the future, it will store that memory as a Brand Memory in Knowledge. For example, if you told the chat that “We never run BOGO offers", the system will remember that and no longer recommend BOGO promotions in your campaign plans. You can manually add, remove or revise memories as required.
