Stamped Product Reviews Integration Guide

This guide outlines the steps to set up and configure Stamped Product Reviews in conjunction with your existing systems, such as the Raleon app, to enable review-based loyalty rewards.

Prerequisites

  • A business-level plan with Stamped.
  • Access to your Raleon app and Stamped account settings.

Step 1: Configure Webhooks

  1. Access Integrations in Raleon App:

    • Navigate to the integrations page in the Raleon app.
    • Click Edit to modify webhook settings.
  2. Copy Webhook Details:

    • Obtain the Webhook URL and Webhook Secret from the Raleon app.
  3. Setup Webhook in Stamped:

    • Go to the Reviews Integrations tab in Stamped, then select Webhooks.
    • Click on Add a new webhook.
    • Paste the Webhook URL from Raleon into the Payload URL field in Stamped.
    • Paste the Webhook Secret from Raleon into the Stamped Secret Key field.
    • Ensure the webhook is set to active and only select Reviews for the event types.

Step 2: API Key Configuration

  1. Access API Keys in Stamped:

    • In Stamped, navigate to API keys.
  2. Generate and Copy API Keys:

    • Generate an API Private Key if necessary and copy it.
    • Avoid using existing keys like the old pub key or Shopify API key.
  3. Enter Store Details:

    • Paste the API Private Key and enter the Store Hash into the respective fields in the Raleon app.
    • Save the configuration.
  4. Activate Integration:

    • Toggle the Active switch for the Stamped to use integration.
    • Ensure you see a confirmation status indicating successful configuration.

Step 3: Configuring Loyalty Program

  1. Set Up Review Rewards:
    • In the Raleon dashboard, navigate to Loyalty Programs.
    • Create a new review-based Way To Earn, e.g., 5000 points for a review.
    • Customize the number of reviews allowed and other settings as needed.

Step 4: Testing the Integration

  1. Test Review Submission:

    • Log into the customer-facing side of your platform.
    • Navigate to a product and submit a review.
    • Ensure the email address used for the review matches the customer’s login email.
  2. Verify Point Allocation:

    • Check for the notification and point update in the customer account indicating the reward has been applied. If notifications are not enabled you'll need to refresh to see the update.

  3. Complete Multiple Reviews (if applicable):

    • Leave the number of reviews required to fulfill the loyalty program condition.
    • Verify that once the condition is met, no additional points are granted for further reviews.

Additional Notes

  • Different leave a review rewards can have specific constraints and configurations.
  • Always ensure the customer's email used for reviews matches the one in their account to link activities correctly.
