Stamped Product Reviews Integration Guide
This guide outlines the steps to set up and configure Stamped Product Reviews in conjunction with your existing systems, such as the Raleon app, to enable review-based loyalty rewards.
Prerequisites
- A business-level plan with Stamped.
- Access to your Raleon app and Stamped account settings.
Step 1: Configure Webhooks

Access Integrations in Raleon App:
- Navigate to the integrations page in the Raleon app.
- Click
Editto modify webhook settings.

Copy Webhook Details:
- Obtain the
Webhook URLandWebhook Secretfrom the Raleon app.

Setup Webhook in Stamped:
- Go to the
Reviews Integrationstab in Stamped, then selectWebhooks. - Click on
Add a new webhook. - Paste the
Webhook URLfrom Raleon into thePayload URLfield in Stamped. - Paste the
Webhook Secretfrom Raleon into theStamped Secret Keyfield. - Ensure the webhook is set to
activeand only selectReviewsfor the event types.

API Private Keyif necessary and copy it. - Avoid using existing keys like the

- Toggle the
Activeswitch for the Stamped to use integration. - Ensure you see a confirmation status indicating successful configuration.

Step 3: Configuring Loyalty Program
- Set Up Review Rewards:
- In the Raleon dashboard, navigate to
Loyalty Programs. - Create a new review-based Way To Earn, e.g., 5000 points for a review.
- Customize the number of reviews allowed and other settings as needed.
- In the Raleon dashboard, navigate to
Step 4: Testing the Integration

Test Review Submission:
- Log into the customer-facing side of your platform.
- Navigate to a product and submit a review.
- Ensure the email address used for the review matches the customer’s login email.

Verify Point Allocation:
- Check for the notification and point update in the customer account indicating the reward has been applied. If notifications are not enabled you'll need to refresh to see the update.

Complete Multiple Reviews (if applicable):
- Leave the number of reviews required to fulfill the loyalty program condition.
- Verify that once the condition is met, no additional points are granted for further reviews.
