AI Strategist – Main Chat

The Main Chat is your entry point to AI Strategist. From a single chat window you can:

  • converse naturally with the Strategist to "Plan my month," "Send an email," or "Brainstorm."
  • view and interact with the live Plan or Brief artifacts side-by-side with the chat
  • ideate and iterate until you’re ready to build the campaign

Modes

Switch modes by clicking the button above chat's message box; the contextual “Quick-Start Tiles” in the center of the screen update with common prompts for each mode.

Typical Flow (Plan My Month)

  1. Click New Chat → keep default mode.
  2. Tell the Strategist your business context for this set of campaigns: launches, goals, promos, tone.
  3. Review & adjust the proposed Plan in chat.
  4. Use commands like:
    • “Add three campaigns for our top-selling products.”
    • “Balance promos 60 % / education 40 %.”
    • “We need 12 emails this month, only send on weekdays.”
  5. Click Build Plan → land on Summary page for CSV download or inline edits. Use Raleon's statuses for lightweight process management.
  6. Generate Campaigns to spin up Creative Briefs.

Best Practices

  • Chat with the Strategist like its a colleague – the more you share about the brand's goals, objectives, and holistic marketing calendar, the better the output will match the need.
  • Leverage data calls – “Show top products last 30 days” auto-pulls Shopify stats. It's like having a Data Analyst embedded in your marketing pod.
  • Ask the chat what it can do – the strategist understands its own capabilities. If you're not sure, just ask it.
